How much does therapy cost?
Sessions are $150 for both individual and couples therapy. I accept insurance from 11+ providers which may cover most or all of your cost. I'll verify your benefits and provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Free 15-minute consultation to discuss options.
Do you accept my insurance?

Weekly Support & Progress
We'll meet regularly (usually weekly) to work through challenges, build new skills, and track your progress. You set the pace. You're in the driver's seat.
